The Community Wellness Center was established in honour of Late Ezinna Pa.Ignatius I. Iwuchukwu by his children for easy access to primary care for members of the community and neighbouring villages. It is located at the heart of the Okrika-Nweke village center, providing the required health care needs and more.

Specialist Care-Diabetes
The prevalence of type 2 diabetes is high in our community, we offer free screening and diabetes education and basic treatment for the illness. We support programmes that promotes healthier lifestyle, weight loss and remission of Type 2 Diabetes.
Specialist Care-Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)
We offer free screening, updated information, education and treatment on high blood pressure within the community. Lifestyle changes like eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly is promoted in the management of hypertension.
Mental Wellness, Guidance & Counseling
Our mental health services aim to help people within the community especially the youth who are finding it hard to manage their emotional, psychological and mental wellbeing. We provide support at times of difficulties including drug and substance use issues and advice on where to go for further treatment as needed.
Pharmaceutical and Diagnostics services
We offer patients the opportunity to purchase authentic medications prescribed at the clinic at affordable rates. Our team of dedicated staff provide the community with exceptional care. The clinic also has the capacity to carry out low level medical diagnostic services such as malaria tests, typhoid, diabetes test, urine tests and Blood Pressure monitoring.
